Frank Family Health is an independent health insurance agency. Kyle Frank is a licensed insurance agent (NPN 21035733) in AL, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NV, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV and WY. We only offer insurance in states where we are licensed.
We are not affiliated with any government agency, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, HealthCare.gov, or any medical school.
The articles and guides on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Insurance rules, plans, prices and availability vary by state, by carrier and by person, and they change over time. Always read the plan documents before you buy.
Some plans we offer are private health plans that are not ACA-compliant major medical plans. Benefits, exclusions, limits and underwriting vary by plan. They may not cover pre-existing conditions or all essential health benefits, and they are not eligible for ACA premium subsidies. We explain what a plan does and does not cover before you decide.
Our services are free to you. We are paid commissions by the insurance carriers whose plans we sell.
When you fill out a form or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email or text about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time. We use your information only to help you with coverage. We never sell it.
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Forms are handled by Formspree, and meeting booking is handled by TidyCal. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false information. The site's text, design and logo belong to Frank Family Health. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content without permission.
